Our policies come from a master bank of wording written by the West Gate bid team and used in real bids that have supported over £650m of UK public-sector contract wins. At £19.99 per policy, or £199 for all 39 policies, it's a small price for wording with a real-world track record that can help strengthen your compliance and quality scores. Results vary, and no contract award is guaranteed.

For each policy you choose, a branded PDF and an editable Word (.docx) file showing your logo, legal company name, registration number, registered address, version number, effective date and next review date. The complete bundle includes every policy in the library.

No. They are professionally structured templates. You must read them, adapt them to how your business actually operates, and make sure they are accurate before you use or submit them. If you need advice on your specific situation, speak to a qualified professional.

They help you respond to common policy requests quickly and consistently. We cannot guarantee that any buyer will accept a policy or that you will win a contract — evaluation depends on each tender's requirements and your overall bid.

Not necessarily. Pricing is £19.99 per policy, or £199 for all 39 policies. Not every policy in the bundle will be relevant to every tender or business. Many customers keep the full set on file so they're ready for future tenders, audits or growth. If you only need a few, simply pick them individually.

Optional 12 months of updates: £29 one-off. Updated policies are emailed when relevant UK legislation or guidance changes, plus one full refresh at 6 months. Not a subscription; it doesn't auto-renew. Tick the box at checkout to add it to a single policy or the bundle. We store your company details, logo and tailoring answers for the 12 months so each updated pack arrives ready to review, with no forms to fill in again. Please still review each update and re-approve it internally. Without the add-on, you can buy a fresh copy of any policy at any time.

Yes. After payment you can answer a few optional, quick-pick questions for the policies you bought: for example staff numbers, sites, energy use, vehicles and waste arrangements for the Carbon Reduction Plan, Environmental and Waste policies. Your answers become specific sentences in your documents. Where you give energy or fuel figures, we estimate Scope 1 and 2 emissions using the UK Government's 2026 greenhouse gas conversion factors and label them as estimates. You can skip any question and come back later.

Only after you pay. Before checkout, your logo is processed and placed into your previews inside your own browser. Once your payment is confirmed, we save your company details and logo against your order so your order link can reopen your documents on any device (and, with the 12 months of updates add-on, so we can regenerate your pack). We delete them 3 months after the 12-month period ends.

Your order confirmation email contains a link that reopens your documents on any device. If you can't find it, email contact@spiretrade.co with your Stripe receipt and we'll send it to you again.

Our service is for business customers only. Sole traders and other businesses buying for business purposes are welcome; we do not sell to consumers.

The templates are written for the United Kingdom. Ireland and other EU countries are on our roadmap; you can already enter an Irish CRO number or an EU registration number, but the wording currently references UK law.

Yes. The Word files are fully editable, and we recommend tailoring every policy to your organisation.

Before checkout you confirm that you are buying as a business, that you have read the policy wording, that it is a template you must review and adapt, that you are responsible for its accuracy and implementation, that it is not legal advice, and that you accept our Terms (version 1.4). We keep a record of that confirmation.

If a policy doesn’t meet your tender’s stated requirement, we’ll fix it or refund it. Send us the requirement within 30 days of purchase. This covers the policy's content against the buyer's written requirement. It doesn't cover certifications, evidence of implementation or the buyer's award decision. See clause 10B of our Terms.

Documents are digital and delivered immediately, so we don't offer refunds for change of mind. But if a file is faulty or doesn't download we'll fix it or refund you, and our tender promise applies if a policy doesn't meet a tender's stated requirement. See our Terms for details.

Pick your sector, contract type, buyer, contract value and workforce size, or paste the tender's policy requirements, and it lists the policies you're likely to need (must-have or recommended) with the reason and official source for each. You can add them straight to your basket, or download a branded Tender Readiness Report PDF for £9.99.

Yes. There are four sector bundles at £99 each: Construction, Facilities Management, Care & Health, and IT & Professional Services. Each contains 13 to 15 policies that buyers in that sector commonly ask for. The complete bundle of every policy is £199.

Yes. Get a free tailored Whistleblowing policy at /free-whistleblowing-policy/: answer a few quick questions and you get a complete policy for your business on screen, and we email it to you as PDF and Word. No card needed. You can also preview any policy with your own details in the generator before paying.

Yes, through the West Gate bid team: £499 for the whole bid, plus a £999 success fee only if you're awarded the contract. This is for contracts under £1m, or applications to a DPS or framework. A bid-writer review of your policy pack is £99. Results vary and no award is guaranteed.
