Help your clients get tender-ready. Earn 20% commission.

For accountants, business mentors, Chambers of Commerce, Growth Hubs and independent bid writers who support small businesses bidding for public sector and supply-chain contracts. Your clients get 10% off tailored, tender-ready policies. You earn 20% commission on their paid orders.

How it works

  1. 1. Apply

Tell us about your organisation and your clients. We review every application by hand.

  2. 2. Get your link

Once you’re approved, we email you a personal link and code (for example PARTNER-AB12CD).

  3. 3. Clients save 10%

Clients who use your link or code get 10% off their order, once per customer.

  4. 4. You earn 20%

We pay 20% of what they paid, monthly by bank transfer, once you’ve earned £25 or more.

Who it’s for

What you’d be recommending

Tailored UK policy templates written for tenders and supplier questionnaires: health and safety, environmental, modern slavery, equality, quality, data protection and more. Clients answer a few questions and get documents in PDF and Word to review and adopt. They’re templates to adapt, not legal advice, and we never promise that a client will win a contract. There are free tools to start with too: the tender policy checker, a free Whistleblowing policy and our tender guides. For an even-handed view of when a free template, a consultant or a subscription service suits a client better, see our comparison.

Questions

How much do my clients save?
10% off one order placed with your link or code. It’s one partner discount per customer, and it can’t be combined with other discount codes.
How much commission do I earn?
20% of what your client actually pays (after their discount) on paid orders placed with your link or code. Refunded or cancelled orders don’t earn commission.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly, by bank transfer, once your payable balance reaches £25. An order becomes payable 30 days after purchase so refunds can be taken into account. Balances under £25 roll over to the next month.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There’s no fee, no target and no minimum number of referrals.
Do I have to tell clients I earn a commission?
Yes. Tell clients you may receive a commission when they use your link or code. It’s the honest thing to do, and advertising rules expect it.
Can I use my own code?
No. Partner codes are for your clients. They don’t work on orders from your own email address or organisation.

Partner terms

Version 1.0, 2 October 2026. Plain-English terms between you and Spire Trade Advisors Ltd (company no. 16562883), which runs companypolicies.ai.

  1. Joining. You can apply if you advise or support UK businesses (for example as an accountant, business mentor, Chamber of Commerce, Growth Hub or independent bid writer). We approve applications at our discretion and may say no without giving a reason.
  2. Your link and code. When approved, you get a personal link and code. Keep them for sharing with clients and contacts. Don’t bid on our brand name in search ads, don’t use the code on coupon or voucher sites, and don’t use it for your own or your organisation’s orders.
  3. Client discount. Your clients get 10% off one order placed with your link or code. It’s one partner discount per customer (by email address). It can’t be combined with any other discount code, and once issued at checkout it stays available to that client for 30 days.
  4. Commission. You earn 20% of the amount your client actually pays (after their discount) on paid orders placed with your link or code. Orders that are refunded, charged back, cancelled, placed by you or your organisation, or placed with a different discount code don’t earn commission. Our records decide which orders qualify; ask us if you think one is missing.
  5. Payment. Commission becomes payable 30 days after the order. We pay monthly by bank transfer to a UK account in your (or your organisation’s) name once your payable balance is at least £25; smaller balances roll over. You’re responsible for your own tax. If we pay commission on an order that is later refunded, we may deduct it from future payments.
  6. Being honest with clients. Tell clients you may receive a commission. Describe the product accurately: tailored policy templates to review and adapt, not legal advice, and no promise of winning a contract or passing an accreditation.
  7. Data. We don’t share client order details with you beyond what we need to calculate your commission (for example the order date, amount and the client’s email domain). Each of us is responsible for following data protection law for the personal data we handle.
  8. Changes and ending. We may change these terms or the commission rate with 30 days’ notice by email; changes don’t affect commission already earned. Either of us can end the arrangement at any time by email. We’ll pay commission earned up to that date at the next monthly payment (even if it’s under £25) unless you’ve broken these terms.
  9. Liability. We’re not liable for indirect losses or lost profits under this arrangement, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission owed to you. Nothing limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
  10. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You’re an independent business, not our agent or employee, and you can’t make promises on our behalf.
