Refer a friend: the rules

1. Who can refer. Any business customer who has paid for an order with us. Your personal referral link is on your order confirmation page and in your order confirmation email. The scheme is run by Spire Trade Advisors Ltd (companypolicies.ai).
2. Your friend’s offer. 20% off their first order with us. New customers only: the email address must not have a previous paid order with us. One offer per email address and per business. When your friend opens your link and enters their email, we give them a single-use code that expires 30 days later (we show the exact date). The code can’t be combined with any other discount code (one code per order), exchanged for cash or applied to an order already placed.
3. Your reward. When a business you referred completes a paid order with its code, you earn a free expert tender check. We email you a unique claim code, valid for 12 months from the day it’s issued. One reward per referred business, up to 5 rewards per referrer; after your fifth reward your link closes to new referrals.
4. What the tender check covers. One tender. A bid writer from our team reviews your company policies against the policy requirements stated in that tender’s documents and tells you in writing what to add or change. It isn’t legal advice, it doesn’t include rewriting your policies or bid answers, and it can’t guarantee a contract award. Claim it with the link in your reward email; we’ll reply within one working day to agree timing, so please claim at least 5 working days before your submission deadline.
5. Not eligible. Referring yourself or your own organisation (for example another address at your organisation’s email domain, the same company number, the same card or the same customer account), and our staff, test and internal accounts. Rewards aren’t earned on test or refunded orders, and we may cancel an unclaimed reward if the friend’s order is refunded or cancelled.
6. Fair use. Please share your link with people you know, not on voucher or coupon websites. We may withhold rewards or close a link if we reasonably suspect misuse, such as fake accounts.
7. No cash value. Codes and rewards have no cash alternative, can’t be transferred and are personal to the business they’re issued to.
8. Changes. We may change or end the scheme. Codes and rewards already issued will be honoured on the rules in place when they were issued.
9. Your data. We use a friend’s email only to check the offer is for a new customer and to issue their code. We don’t tell the referrer who their friend is, only that a referred order was placed. See our Privacy Policy. These rules form part of our Terms of Service (clause 10D).
